If, like us, you are driven by transformation and wish to make a difference in the world, come with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Mission:** Outsourced operations are responsible for ensuring the flawless operation of our clients’ treatment plants, thereby preventing environmental pollution, complying with environmental legislation, and supplying high-quality water for internal process use when required. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Operate water and wastewater (industrial and domestic) treatment plants and water reuse systems, maintaining optimal functionality; * Monitor tank volumes; * Measure temperature, pH, turbidity, settleable solids, and sludge settleability according to internal procedures; * Prepare and replenish chemicals essential to the treatment process; * Complete control spreadsheets—daily work logs and quality control records; * Verify equipment performance indicators; * Operate and perform minor maintenance on relevant equipment; * Manage and organize laboratory reagent, glassware, and equipment inventory, reporting replenishment needs; * Collect samples for laboratory analysis; * Conduct low-complexity chemical analyses; * Maintain workplace organization and upkeep; * Keep the work environment clean and organized. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Prerequisites for this role:** * Technical degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related fields; * Active CRQ registration; * Minimum 1 year of experience in water/wastewater treatment. **What We Expect From You** * Participate in offered safety trainings and safety dialogues; * Maintain your workstation and PPE clean and organized; * Collaborate with your team to achieve departmental goals; * Conduct quarterly feedback sessions with your direct supervisor; * Apply our values daily, both within and outside EP; * Demonstrate commitment and ethics toward your team and clients. **Additional Information** **General Information:** Salary: R$ 2.686,00 + 40% Hazard Pay Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Location: Manaus - AM Work Mode: On-site **Benefits Package:** Wellhub; Immediate life insurance; EP FIES – tuition subsidy for courses; Partnerships with universities; Medical and dental plans after 90 days; Transportation allowance; EP Group was founded in 1974 with the mission of ensuring environmental preservation, compliance with environmental laws, and leaving a better world for future generations.
