




Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting or related fields; Proven experience in the role, preferably in an accounting firm; Knowledge of labor and social security legislation (CLT, INSS, FGTS, IRRF, eSocial, RAIS, DIRF, DCTFWeb); Experience in payroll closing processes, including salary calculations, overtime, allowances, deductions and benefits; Experience in calculation and verification of social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF); Basic knowledge of payroll audits and data reconciliation with eSocial; Knowledge of integrated management systems (RM, WinThor, Domínio, among others);
