Job opening for HR Analyst Description: We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst to join our team. The professional will be responsible for various activities related to people management within the company. Responsibilities: * Administer personnel and job classification and salary plans; * Plan and promote training and staff development initiatives; * Carry out recruitment, selection, internal transfers, and employee termination processes; * Lead and execute internal campaigns related to socio-cultural actions, occupational health and safety, and environmental initiatives; * Conduct employee onboarding processes; Manage labor relations and existing conflicts; * Coordinate performance appraisal systems; Carry out internal HR communications; * Keep employee files updated and organized in both physical and digital formats; * Monitor, organize, and manage absenteeism, turnover, and working hours bank; * Participate in performance evaluation processes and individual development plans; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies; * Support payroll processing by gathering and forwarding information to outsourced accounting; * Perform payroll verification, checking calculations and statutory charges; * Monitor, carry out, and implement quality management processes within the department and certification procedures; control materials used by the department.
