Description: * Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Materials, or Production Engineering. * Advanced English and Excel skills. * Experience with SAP system preferred. * Experience in R&D and industry. * Willingness to travel. * Study and develop expertise in plastic extrusion processing; * Participate in performance review meetings (quality, production, and safety targets), contributing to discussions on deviations and the preparation of Corrective Action Reports (CARs); * Support planning and execution of continuous improvement projects within the unit; * Contribute to planning interventions and improvements on production lines through data collection and analysis; * Analyze process conditions, results, deviations, and failures, proposing appropriate solutions; * Conduct tests, prepare reports, and validate products, formulations, and raw materials; * Analyze and lead CARs related to raw material quality issues, as required; * Prepare and monitor CARs critically regarding weekly and monthly production closure; * Analyze and develop action plans to improve performance indicators, availability, quality, and safety; * Lead strategic improvement projects for the business; * Continuously refine methods, procedures, work instructions, and process control sheets. 251217020255667754
