We are looking for a talented and motivated **Chemical Engineer** to join our product engineering team, contributing to the development, validation, and optimization of chemical processes applied to our diagnostic devices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and optimize chemical formulations for diagnostic reagents.
* Conduct analytical testing, stability studies, and quality control.
* Prepare, characterize, and validate reagents for colorimetric, immunological, or molecular methodologies.
* Operate laboratory equipment (pH meter, spectrophotometer, centrifuge, etc.).
* Prepare technical reports, protocols, and development documentation.
* Collaborate with R&D (Research and Development) and regulatory teams to ensure technical and sanitary compliance.
**Job Requirements:**
* Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.
* Laboratory experience in chemistry, biochemistry, or reagent development.
* Knowledge of chemical formulation, physicochemical analyses, and stability studies.
* Technical English (reading proficiency).
* Preferred experience in diagnostics, biotechnology, or molecular biology (PCR/LAMP).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with diagnostic reagents.
* Knowledge of lyophilization or chemical preservation.
* Experience scaling up laboratory production.
* Familiarity with good manufacturing practices or regulatory requirements (e.g., ANVISA RDC).
