Job Summary: Perform building maintenance and carpentry activities to ensure the preservation, functionality, and safety of industrial infrastructure, while supporting production. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and practical problem-solving. **Department / Location** Maintenance / Production Industrial Infrastructure **Position Objective** Perform building maintenance activities and carpentry services to ensure the preservation, functionality, and safety of the industrial plant's infrastructure, as well as support production processes when required. **Main Responsibilities and Duties** Perform building maintenance repairs, including electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, and general finishing work. Carry out carpentry services: assembly, adjustment, and maintenance of wooden parts, structures, and fixtures. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of molds, supports, and fixtures used in production. Ensure organization, cleanliness, and preservation of internal and external areas. Support operators and technicians in basic maintenance of light equipment or production fixtures. Comply with safety regulations, correctly using PPE and preventing accidents. **Requirements for Entry** Completed High School education. Prior experience in industrial or commercial building maintenance and carpentry. Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, painting, masonry, and carpentry (milling, cutting, assembly). Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and initiative. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team. Full-time availability. **Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies** Basic building maintenance and carpentry services. Ability to read and interpret simple drawings or schematics. Organization, discipline, and care in handling tools and materials. Attention to safety, proper use of PPE, and compliance with internal regulations. Teamwork capability and practical problem-solving skills.
