Teamwork and focus on safety. **Department / Location** Maintenance / Industrial Infrastructure Production **Job Objective** Perform building maintenance and carpentry tasks to ensure the preservation, functionality, and safety of the industrial plant's infrastructure, as well as support production processes when required. **Main Responsibilities and Duties** Carry out building repairs, including electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, and general finishing work. Perform carpentry services: assembly, adjustment, and maintenance of wooden parts, structures, and devices. Assist in preparing and maintaining molds, supports, and production devices. Ensure organization, cleanliness, and preservation of internal and external areas. Support operators and technicians in basic maintenance of light equipment or production devices. Comply with safety regulations, correctly use PPE, and prevent accidents. **Entry Requirements** Completed high school education. Prior experience in building maintenance and industrial or commercial carpentry. Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, painting, masonry, and carpentry (milling, cutting, assembly). Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and initiative. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.
