Here, you’ll enjoy autonomy and initiative to propose and develop innovative projects. \#VEMSERINDT About the Role: Work as a Senior Data Analyst responsible for structuring and evolving the data ecosystem across projects: modeling, ingestion, quality, governance, and analytics to support AI model development. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights, operating end-to-end across the data lifecycle: defining metrics and sources, standardization, preparation, validation, publication, and consumption across analytical layers. We expect you to work autonomously, prioritize tasks based on impact, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency, reliability, and speed in decision-making. You will also contribute best practices in documentation, governance, and continuous improvement, elevating the maturity of the data ecosystem. Requirements: **Education** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. * Preferred: Master’s and/or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines. * **Responsibilities:** * Develop, train, optimize, and validate AI models applied to products. * Build AI validation pipelines, including robustness testing, benchmarking, bias detection, and performance evaluation. * Knowledge of advanced models such as classifiers, recommenders, behavioral prediction systems, and intelligent assistants. * Work with large language models (LLMs) and generative models to create premium experiences within the Motorola ecosystem. * Conduct experimentation (controlled experiments, statistical analyses). * Document AI architecture, technical decisions, and validation methodologies. * Track AI trends and innovations to propose cutting-edge solutions. * **Required Technical Skills** * Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, data science, and MLOps. * Experience building and validating predictive models and classifiers. * Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative models, embeddings, and fine-tuning. * Strong understanding of: * AI validation metrics * Bias mitigation * Model interpretability * Robustness and fairness * Proficiency in Python and modern frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑Learn). * Practical experience with data architectures and handling large-scale data. * **Preferred** * Participation in academic research (research groups, publications, conferences, labs). * Contributions to open-source projects or large-scale AI solutions. * Experience with recommendation systems, computer vision, or advanced NLP. * Experience with cloud-based pipelines and deployment (Azure, AWS, GCP). * **Differentiators** * Experience with consumer products or mobile ecosystems. * Portfolio of applied AI experiments and models. * Hands-on experience in end-to-end AI validation. * Passion for innovation, user experience, and intelligent product development.
