Its focus is optimizing recruitment and selection processes, as well as developing internal talent. **Responsibilities:** Prepare and monitor purchase orders for materials, supplies, and services. Monitor delivery deadlines and conduct active follow-up with suppliers. Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms to ensure optimal cost-benefit ratio. Analyze internal demand to identify actual procurement needs. Request and evaluate quotations from multiple suppliers. Develop and qualify new suppliers according to company requirements. Monitor the physical schedule of outsourced services, ensuring its execution. Properly register products and services in the system. Issue purchase requisitions in accordance with established internal procedures. Participate in the monthly inventory, supporting data accuracy. Generate and submit reports related to the procurement area. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
