**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education (technical course in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Construction, or related fields is mandatory).
* Prior experience in building or industrial maintenance.
* Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, painting, masonry, and minor repairs.
* Leadership ability and strong communication skills with the team.
* Organization, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset.
* Flexible working hours.
**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, building, preventive, and corrective).
* Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best maintenance practices.
* Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment, requesting replenishment when necessary.
* Oversee third-party service providers and ensure execution quality.
* Document and report incidents, failures, and solutions adopted to management.
* Contribute to continuous process improvement and reduction of maintenance costs.
