We believe in and trust our people and the diversity of our teams to continue thriving after more than 130 years of creating beloved brands, made sustainably, for a better future for all. **You are applying for the position of Material Operations Planner (Fixed Term 12 months).** **What we expect from you:** * Analyze and execute MRP recommendations and complementary routines to ensure proper supply of materials in your portfolio. * Perform routine analysis of material expiration dates to ensure inventory health and prevent or mitigate inventory losses. * Develop new suppliers and manage relationships with existing suppliers, conducting regular performance evaluations on their deliveries and driving improvements. * Seek productivity initiatives and cost reductions together with the factory and suppliers. * Lead the management of supplier claims within your portfolio, from opening to closure; acting as a bridge in communication between the factory and the supplier, and monitoring the submission of root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and credit notes from the supplier. * Review and manage master data and planning parameters in SAP for the materials in your portfolio, to reflect the current supply status and maintain inventory at safe levels. * Execute mitigation plans to ensure supply continuity for underpolicy materials (risk analysis, proposal and follow-up of mitigation plan, completion and updating of related reports). **What you need to have:** **REQUIRED** **Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Process Engineering, International Trade, International Relations, or related fields.** Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, data analysis, and/or data management. **Mandatory - Advanced English** (able to lead meetings, write and review corporate documents). Desirable – Intermediate Spanish Business communication skills, including negotiation. Knowledge of basic manufacturing processes and standards (e.g., best practices, policies) in one or more industries. Guide suppliers to optimize costs and incorporate new technologies. Interpret and apply contractual documents and terms, ensuring legal compliance and performance management. Clearly explain contractual requirements and clauses. Focus on internal and external customer needs, building productive relationships and jointly developing solutions.
