Maintenance Supervisor Position Description We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in our company. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and safely. Responsibilities * Lead the maintenance team, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on company equipment and facilities * Ensure the safety and quality of the maintenance team's work * Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports on completed activities * Participate in planning meetings and performance evaluations of the team Requirements * Previous experience in the maintenance field, preferably as a supervisor * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance techniques * Leadership and team management skills * Ability to proactively solve problems * Technical or higher education in maintenance-related fields
