**Responsibilities:** Responsible for identifying and evaluating suppliers (DS, carriers, etc.) in the AM and RR regions. Lead negotiations, contractual discussions, and integration to ensure smooth partnerships. Supplier Performance Management Continuously monitor supplier KPIs, including cost, timeliness, compliance, and delivery rate. Implement corrective actions for underperforming suppliers and track improvements. Regional Operations Support Ensure transportation and delivery capacity in the AM and RR regions meets business requirements. Manage operational exceptions (delays, false deliveries, backlog) and coordinate rapid resolutions. Financial and Settlement Support Assist finance in validating supplier invoicing (volume and cost) to ensure accuracy. Ensure compliance to avoid settlement delays. **Professional Qualifications:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations, courier services, or supplier management; Previous experience in the states of Amazonas (AM) and Roraima (RR) will be a differentiator. **Technical Skills:** Solid knowledge in prospecting, negotiating, contracting, and managing suppliers in the logistics sector; Strong analytical ability, with experience in monitoring indicators such as SLA, E2E, and delivery rates; Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with autonomy to interact with suppliers and headquarters; Good ability to collaborate across teams and solve problems; Proficiency in using office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); High sense of responsibility and ability to perform under pressure; Flexibility to handle unexpected situations; Focus on efficiency, cost reduction, and results.
