Job Summary: Coordinate and manage maintenance of industrial and building systems, ensuring efficient and safe operation across multiple disciplines. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in team coordination Responsible for managing and coordinating maintenance of industrial and building systems, ensuring efficient and safe operation of electrical, hydraulic, fire protection, HVAC, and civil systems. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure availability and reliability of systems and facilities by analyzing failures and defining corrective actions; * Manage internal and/or third-party teams, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring execution according to technical and safety standards; * Develop and monitor maintenance plans, schedules, and operational routines; * Monitor maintenance KPIs and propose continuous improvements; * Manage maintenance contracts and suppliers, including performance and service quality evaluation; * Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards, occupational safety regulations, and legal requirements (e.g., NRs, fire protection systems); * Support budget preparation, maintenance cost control, and resource optimization; * Interface with other departments (operations, engineering, safety, administration) to align priorities and requirements; * Manage emergency situations, ensuring rapid response and decision-making; * Participate in infrastructure improvement, expansion, and adaptation projects. **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance * Experience in **multidisciplinary** activities, including: Electrical systems Hydraulic and sanitary systems Fire protection systems HVAC/refrigeration systems Civil/building maintenance * Experience in **team coordination.** **Technical Skills:** * Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel) * AutoCAD **Additional Requirements:** * Brazilian Driver's License Category B
