CSC MANAGER

**Job Mission:** Will be responsible for managing the **governance, maintenance, and operations (safety)** areas, ensuring the full functionality of operational areas and excellence in guest experience. Acts strategically and operationally, ensuring that quality, safety, cleanliness, and comfort standards are strictly met. **Duties and Responsibilities** * **Manage operations** of areas centralized in the CSC, such as cleaning and sanitation of facilities, general equipment operation, building maintenance, refrigeration, solar energy, substation, and environmental security. * **Define and monitor** Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all CSC areas. * **Lead continuous improvement projects**, automation, and process optimization to increase productivity and reduce costs. * Supervise infrastructure conditions and preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities**.** * **Ensure compliance** of processes with internal policies and current legislation. * **Lead, train, and develop** the CSC team, promoting a high-performance and engaged environment. * Collaborate with other departments (front desk, food and beverage, events) to integrate operations
