CAREER AND DEVELOPMENT ICOMON supports the training and development of its employees with broad scope across its Programs. **Responsibilities and duties** * Examine optical ports in GPON/DGO FO Rooms using specific test equipment to identify proper operation or faults. * Perform fiber jumper connections on equipment located in GPON/DGO FO Rooms. * Request, register, and deactivate fiber jumpers through internal systems. * Perform internal activities in GPON/DGO FO Rooms; in case of inconsistencies in CDOE and CDOI box facilities, contact the project team via e\-mail for corrections. * Check and monitor V.tal management software; in case of errors, interact with the operator for necessary adjustments. * Ensure compliance with company standards and Operational Technical Instructions (ITOs), identifying and reporting deviations to management or responsible departments. * Comply with and uphold occupational hygiene, health, and safety regulations, reporting any irregularities. * Assist in installations and repairs of the FTTH (Home Connect) product, Optical Fiber Maintenance from GPON/DGO FO Rooms. * Request adjustments to CDOE and CDOI box facilities via e\-mail to the Icomon projects department. * Work across all sites that have GPON/DGO FO Rooms, traveling between units, driving vehicles and transporting equipment and materials when necessary. * Guide other units with GPON/DGO FO Rooms on established norms and procedures, ensuring process standardization and effectiveness. **Requirements and qualifications** * Education: Complete High School; * Competencies: Commitment to Excellence; Communication; Technical knowledge; Results orientation; Interpersonal relationships; Problem solving; Tolerance to pressure and change; * Specific requirements: Valid CNH B driver's license; ICOMON serves the main operators and service providers in the sector and manages most operations in the metropolitan region of São Paulo.
