




Job Summary: Civil engineering professional to develop schedules, budgets, coordinate teams and projects, and research new technologies. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and management of construction projects and teams 2. Development and analysis of projects and budgets 3. Research on new technologies and processes RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare construction schedules and daily site reports; * Create labor and equipment resource breakdowns; * Analyze and update budgets according to project changes; * Determine cost estimates for each project item; * Develop cost estimates for resources required to support project activities; * Assist architects and engineers in developing civil construction and architectural projects; * Apply occupational health standards NR-9, NR-15, and NR-17; * Support team coordination; * Assist engineering in project coordination; * Research new product and process technologies; * Design small-scale construction projects, including data collection, preliminary design development, detailed design, structural and installation sizing, material specification, execution drawing detailing, and project updates during construction; also detail large-scale projects; * Perform construction project coordination and management; REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Project.
