Job Summary:
Professional responsible for maintaining and improving the company's Management System, controlling documents and indicators, conducting audits and training, and ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Properly maintain, within required deadlines, the routines of the department responsible for the company's Management System (MS).
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Control documents related to the company's Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and other management systems maintained by the company;
* Draft, review, archive, and distribute departmental documents;
* Organize and conduct training related to the department;
* Onboard new employees on topics related to the department;
* Control and maintain the company's performance indicator system and update associated master lists;
* Provide internal consulting and/or advisory services to other departments on matters related to the company's MS;
* Plan, prepare materials for, and participate in managerial meetings and company process improvement teams;
* Draft and review meeting minutes;
* Plan, publicize, conduct internal MS audits, and evaluate internal auditors;
* Maintain the company's corrective/preventive action system, including monitoring ongoing incidents and verifying implementation/efficacy of actions;
* Plan and oversee external MS audits;
* Update MS records;
* Operate systems supporting MS department operations;
* Perform activities necessary to maintain management practices and work standards aligned with models adopted by the company, such as: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Hazardous Substances Management System (HSMS), and others;
* Control the company's performance indicator system;
* Plan and execute routines related to the 5S Program;
* Select and interact with specific suppliers for the company's MS;
* Execute administrative-financial routines required for MS activities;
* Comply with procedures related to the Management System (MGs, PRs, WIs, WKs, etc.), proposing continuous process improvement;
* Pay attention to environmental impacts and environmental preservation across all activities, processes, and products.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields;
* Relevant work experience;
* Intermediate English proficiency preferred;
* Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and familiarity with MS audits preferred.
**Additional Information** **Working Hours:**
Monday to Thursday, from 06:50 AM to 4:38 PM, with a 1-hour break each day.
