Monitoring and organizing daily production activities **Purpose and Impact of the Role:** Responsible for executing tasks such as: adding raw materials into hoppers, weighing ingredients in the micro- and macro-weighing rooms, and operating the labeling system. The primary function is to carry out departmental activities in compliance with pre-established procedures (e.g., handling of raw materials and finished products; bag cutting; bagging; batch assembly, etc). **Key Responsibilities:** * Handling of raw materials and finished products; • Supplying macro-ingredients and packaging materials to production lines; • Operating bagging, palletizing, and stretch film application equipment; • Replenishing stocks in the micro-weighing room; • Completing quality records; • Operating labeling equipment and applying labels to bags; • Performing cleaning and organization of the area, including external equipment cleaning and air cleaning; • Supervising Operations Assistants during daily production activities; • Performing other duties compatible with the Company’s safety standards, under the guidance of the immediate supervisor, including operating manual or electric pallet jacks; • Adhering to occupational health and safety, food safety, and environmental safety standards described in internal procedures, onboarding instructions, and periodic Integrated Management System trainings; * Using the Palm system to record raw material consumption. **Qualifications:** • Completed elementary education; • Experience in the field.
