Promote improvement and inclusive practices ### **Tire Manufacturer Hiring:** **Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) Interpreter** * **Contract Type:** Temporary employment contract * **Work Model:** On-site * **Working Hours:** Mon–Thu: 7:00 AM–5:10 PM / Fri: 7:00 AM–3:20 PM ### **Summary:** Responsible for ensuring communication and inclusion of deaf employees, providing guidance in industrial areas, supporting internal meetings, recruiting persons with disabilities (PWDs), and translating official communications and institutional materials. ### **Responsibilities:** * Support the development of established competencies by delivering effective and efficient training, ensuring accessibility for individuals with hearing impairments; * Liaise with departments and support communications; * Provide on-site support in production and administrative areas (rotational assignments across departments); * Assist with Libras interpretation during training sessions delivered to employees with hearing impairments (to be developed); * Promote improvement and inclusive practices at the Manaus site; ### **Education Requirements:** * Completed High School; * A professional certification program in this field is a plus; ### **Technical Competencies:** * Proficiency and mastery of Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) for interpretation, demonstrating fluency, clarity, and accuracy in communication and information transmission, regardless of formal education or professional experience; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint; ### **Benefits:** * Life Insurance; * Commuter Transportation; * On-site Meals; ### **Company Information:** * **Industry:** Tire Manufacturing * **Location:** Lago Azul - Manaus – AM Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * On-site Meals * Commuter Transportation * Life Insurance
