Assisting in material requisition A collective meal service provider is seeking a Cook in Manaus (Industrial District I). **Responsibilities:** Prepare food products according to recipe specifications and daily, weekly, and monthly menu schedules. Monitor food handling, cleaning, and sanitation of materials used in food preparation. Cut proteins and execute food preparations according to recipes, quantities, and product quality. Store food in sinks, ovenware, and other suitable containers. Monitor food restocking at the service counter to ensure availability for customers. Assist in maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the workplace. Support material requisition (fruits and vegetables, dry goods, proteins, etc.). Request kitchen utensils as needed. Request kitchen equipment maintenance as needed. Previous experience as Head Chef, Kitchen Assistant, Production Cook, or Industrial Cook may indicate familiarity with some activities of this position. Completed elementary education required.
