If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform corrective, preventive maintenance, and improvements on industrial machines and equipment, following procedures and checklists. * Conduct maintenance on hot-runner systems (manifold, die, screw, and barrel). * Document all corrective and preventive actions in the system via Work Orders (WOs), ensuring process tracking and traceability. * Record activities and support PCM (Maintenance Planning and Control) in monitoring completed actions. * Propose alternative new suppliers. * Design using electronic tools such as AutoCAD. * Assist in corrective and preventive maintenance of these systems, following procedures and checklists. * Read and interpret mechanical and pneumatic schematics. * Use metrology equipment, including tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators. * Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, work equipment, and machines under your responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Maintenance, Maintenance, or related fields. * Experience with gearboxes, indexing gearboxes, and corrective and preventive maintenance. * NRs 11, 12, 18, and 35\. * Relevant work experience.
