PCM Analyst - Manaus - AM

Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for inventory management, materials and production planning, production monitoring, and report preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic inventory and materials management. 2. Production planning and monitoring. 3. Preparation of managerial reports. **Responsibilities the professional will perform:** * Develop the raw material and injection-molded components inventory policy; * Configure the E.M.S system to generate the MRP; * Generate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) calculations; * Issue production orders and purchase orders; * Perform follow-up on deliveries of raw material and semi-finished product orders; * Prepare daily and weekly production schedules for the Injection Molding, Assembly, and Screen Printing departments; * Monitor production; * Lead production-related meetings; * Manage product phase-in and phase-out processes; * Prepare monthly departmental reports to support analysis by the Logistics Supervisor and Management. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics Technology, or related fields.
