Develop and strengthen long-term commercial partnerships. Serve as the main contact point for distributors, ensuring process alignment and account growth. Support market development (sell-out) and provide assistance to sales teams. Manage product portfolio, aiming to expand offerings and enhance brand presence among customers. Lead commercial negotiations involving pricing, volume, and delivery terms. Monitor performance indicators (sell-in, sell-out, margin, inventory, and coverage). Develop business plans and maintain ongoing communication with internal departments. Conduct prospecting and expansion of new strategic partners. Previous experience as a Relationship Analyst, Customer Service Specialist, Relationship Coordinator, or Relationship Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
