We are seeking a team of engaged professionals passionate about making a difference. **If, like us, you believe you can make a difference, join our team and grow with us!** **Key responsibilities:** Field activities: * Provide remote and/or on-site support and assistance for off-the-shelf software, common basic applications, systems, and all IT equipment; * Conduct on-site support for mobile telephony requests or other mobile assets; * Use standardized text templates for any ticket status changes; * Investigate, diagnose, and test the solution to the issue before contacting the requester; * Redirect on-site tickets to Level 2 analysts if they fall under incorrect site resolver groups or if other site groups can remotely support overloaded teams; * Close incident and service request tickets only after resolution and final user approval; * Provide Level 2 support for internal and external meetings and/or events, when required; * Install and configure Windows 11 or newer OS images on all equipment requested by the CLIENT; * Support and resolve incidents on Windows 11 or newer operating systems; * Provide technical support to Office 365 users; operate A3 and A4 multifunction printers, plotters, and badge thermal printers; * Manage inventory of supplies and consumables for printers installed across the fleet; * Operate computers in OUs designated for workstations at each location; * Configure network folder permissions; * Provide Office 365 support on workstations (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, OneNote); * Support for Teams and Zoom; * Install and update standard commonly used software and applications; * Support smartphones running Android and iOS, tablets, mobile internet modems, mobile internet box modems, and Femtocell devices; * Assemble and maintain computers; * Support and operate videoconferencing equipment installed in meeting rooms (Poly); * Provide operational support for audiovisual equipment, mixing consoles, microphones, and speakers in videoconferencing rooms and auditoriums; * Install peripherals and accessories for user workstations at each location. **Mandatory requirements:** Intermediate knowledge specific to operating systems, hardware, software, telecommunications, databases, and networks; customer service experience. ITIL Foundation, CCNA, or MCSA certifications are desirable. Skills in system support and computer maintenance. Intermediate networking knowledge. LATAM: pursuing a degree in Systems or related field. Basic English proficiency. Skills in system support, computer maintenance, and basic networking knowledge.
