Collaboration with technical, operational, and quality departments We are looking for a Junior Procurement Analyst – Purchasing to strategically engage in the prospecting, analysis, and development of new suppliers and raw material sourcing channels—both local and national—to ensure competitiveness, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and alignment with the business’s technical and operational requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Prospect, evaluate, and develop new suppliers and alternative raw materials. * Conduct market, cost, risk, and technical feasibility analyses of suppliers. * Lead commercial negotiations in high-pressure and complex environments. * Manage supplier qualification processes, ensuring technical, documentary, and regulatory compliance. * Monitor the development schedule of new suppliers until approval and commencement of supply. * Collaborate with technical, operational, and quality departments to validate proposed solutions. * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and continuous improvement across the supply chain. * Monitor supplier and supply-related performance indicators. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Relations, or related fields; * Knowledge of supplier qualification processes, negotiation, and market analysis; * Experience in supplier and/or raw material prospecting, negotiation, and development; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with Quality Tools and the 5S methodology. **Benefits:** Medical and dental assistance, childcare allowance, Profit Sharing Program (PLR), transportation allowance, meals provided at the workplace, education institution partnerships, extended maternity and paternity leave, life insurance, and exclusive discounts on products from our brands.
