




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Success (CS) Analyst focused on customer success to support the Customer Service team, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement. PlayMais is your place.** **We are looking for a Customer Success Analyst focused on customer success to support the Customer Service team.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Clarify customer service inquiries related to technical support; * Log all customer interactions in the ticketing system; * Escalate cases to Level 2 support when necessary; * Guide and resolve customer questions regarding service usage; * Ensure customer success and handle unique service requirements; * Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery; * Be available to customers and the service team during business hours; * Report operational issues and qualitative/quantitative performance indicators; **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this role, you must meet the following requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to resolve conflicts effectively; * Clear and accurate pronunciation; * Proactivity; Patience; Commitment; Desire for knowledge; * Skills in continuous improvement and process review; **Preferred qualifications include:** * Experience in telecommunications or service industries. **Additional Information** **What else you need to know:** * Work schedule: 6 hours per day (6 days on, 1 day off); * This is an on-site position located in Manaus — therefore, candidates must reside in the area. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Partial medical assistance; * Training programs and growth opportunities; * Transportation allowance.
