Performance monitoring and proposal of improvements Join the largest electricity meter manufacturer in Latin America! ️ We are a 95-year-old company providing comprehensive technology and solutions for the electric power sector. **\#JoinNansen** As a Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and executing procurement processes for direct and indirect materials, services, domestic transportation, and contract drafting, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, and competitive costs. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Supplier Analysis and Selection:** Evaluate suppliers based on technical specifications, volumes, product characteristics, drawings, testing, certifications, color, shape, texture, and delivery timelines. * **Supplier Development:** Conduct research according to product demand and specifications; manage supplier bidding processes; issue quotation requests; analyze cost breakdowns; track supplier responses; prepare comparative analyses (price, delivery timeline, location, freight); negotiate commercial terms; conduct audit visits and issue appointment letters. * **Contract Management:** Draft contracts following internal templates; submit for legal review; track feedback; ensure electronic signing; create supplier codes and issue contracts in the TOTVS system. * **Commercial Follow-up and KPIs:** Monitor supplier performance; conduct follow-up visits; analyze volume versus costs; propose improvements; maintain updated records (lead time, minimum order quantity, purchase orders); prepare departmental reports and metrics. * **Cost and Tax Analysis:** Assess ICMS, withheld taxes, and tax incentives (Manaus Free Trade Zone); negotiate tax-related costs during pricing formulation; conduct detailed cost breakdown analysis. * **And other responsibilities...** **This position is affirmative action-based and open to all forms of diversity, including race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, or sexual orientation.** Requirements: * **Completed Bachelor’s Degree**: in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience**: Minimum three years in National Procurement, at Senior-level. * **Language**: Intermediate English (preferred). * Proficiency in the **TOTVS** system (preferred).
