Requirements Currently enrolled in or completed high school; Complete and up-to-date documentation; Basic computer skills course; Willingness to learn. Main Responsibilities * Deliver documents and correspondence; * Digitize documents and send them to responsible personnel; * Handle telephone calls and route them to respective departments; * Assist at reception as needed, including welcoming employees, clients, and other visitors to the institution; * Take messages and relay them to responsible personnel; * Support the team with administrative tasks.
