Responsible for identifying business opportunities with public agencies, analyzing tender notices, preparing required documentation, and participating in electronic and in-person auctions, ensuring the company's legal compliance and competitiveness.
* Requirements and Qualifications
* Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (Law, Administration, Economics, or related fields).
* Proficiency in the New Public Procurement Law (Law No. 14\.133/21\) and familiarity with the former Law No. 8\.666/93\.
* Proven experience operating government procurement portals.
* Intermediate or advanced Excel skills for cost analysis and pricing.
* Attention to detail, strong written communication, and resilience to work under tight deadlines.
