Job Summary: Professional responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and contract renewal, improving processes, and monitoring SLA. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on customer satisfaction and renewal 2. Improvement of internal and customer processes 3. Monitoring of customer SLA **Ensure satisfaction of current customers;**Provide service amid high volume and dispersion across smaller branches; **Renew contracts (renewal target: 95%);**Develop upselling; **Improve customer and internal processes;**Monitor customer SLA; **Submit performance reports and hold meetings for specific accounts;**Conduct remote meetings and, in some cases, in-person meetings.
