In this role, you will be responsible for: * Entering and completing customer financing proposal information; * Collecting customer signatures on financing contracts; * Providing support and guidance regarding warranty replacement, rights assignment, TC values, and banking fees; * Distributing financing tables upon request; * Requesting "wildcard" rates from banks to counter competition; * Submitting weekly reports to the Supervisor, including sales numbers, approved/denied applications, and applications forwarded to other banks; * Verifying customer documentation requested by the credit desk for submission to the payment department; · * Preparing and labeling envelopes/malotes for documentation dispatch; · * Re-evaluating pending and bank-rejected proposals; * Resolving flow and post-sales issues with end customers (payment slips, contract cancellations, and contract receipt); * Monitoring and supplying dealerships with financing contract kits. * Delivering registered contracts in mandatory jurisdictions; * Maintaining contact with the dealership network's target audience (Salesperson, Manager, Finance Officer, Director, and Account Holder). **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Marketing, or related fields (completed or in progress); * Prior experience in automotive financing processes, knowledge of interest rates and banking calculations, basic understanding of financial mathematics, and customer service skills; * English: basic; * Excel and PowerPoint: basic. **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho); * Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Saturday (Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM\); * Work location: Manaus/AM, 100% on-site. **What We Offer** * Fixed salary; * Benefits: Health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, transportation allowance (VT), flexible meal/food allowance (Vale-refeição/alimentação flex), TotalPass, partnerships with educational institutions and Sesc.
