Meet and exceed maintenance objectives; provide customer service; perform tasks as instructed by your supervisor; attend company meetings and training sessions; Requirements: 1\. Experience installing, cleaning, and repairing Inverter and VRF air conditioning units. 2\. Experience assisting with VRF systems. 3\. Willingness to learn and obedience to superiors. 4\. Good communication and presentation skills. 5\. Trustworthiness. 6\. Knowledge of customers, market, and products\/services. 7\. Familiarity with air conditioning. 8\. Empathy. 9\. Organization. 10\. Perform maintenance according to PMOC guidelines.
