We value proactive professionals who constantly seek better ways to deliver outstanding results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify and resolve safety and quality issues; * Collaborate with other teams—including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals—to ensure integrated and effective patient care; * Drive continuous improvement; * Monitor team performance and activities, providing effective and dynamic leadership; * Verify that all appointment schedules have been completed and that all patients have been discharged; * Close or cancel medical appointments per physician request; * Conduct end-of-shift inspections of consultation rooms to ensure they are organized and ready for the next shift; * Notify the maintenance department to turn off air conditioners at the end of the shift. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Experience with patient service processes in outpatient clinics and consultation rooms; * Excellent communication and leadership skills; **Additional Information** **Salary: R$ 2.098,00 + R$324,20 (Hazard Pay)** **Schedule: Monday to Friday** 08:00–17:00 (1-hour break) **/ Saturday** 08:00–12:00.
