**Position: Intern – IT User Support Technician (Helpdesk)** **Job Description:** As an IT user support technician, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and computer networks for end users within the organization. This includes responding to support tickets, diagnosing problems, guiding users on technical procedures, and performing preventive maintenance. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the proper operation of IT systems and resources, contributing to user productivity, as well as completing service reports and technical records. **Important:** This opportunity is intended for students currently enrolled in undergraduate or technical programs in Computer Networks, Information Technology, Network Infrastructure, or related fields. **Daily Challenges** * Handling various technical issues reported by users; * Managing multiple support tickets simultaneously while meeting deadlines; * Communicating\-effectively with users possessing varying levels of technical knowledge. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a program in Computer Networks, Information Technology, Network Infrastructure, or related fields; * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and macOS) and office applications (Teams, Outlook, Office, Excel, etc.); * Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues; * Familiarity with ticket management tools and remote support solutions; * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Soft Skills** * Strong communication and active listening skills; * Patience and empathy when interacting with users; * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks; * Proactivity and creative problem\-solving skills; * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. **Location** Salvador – BA **Working Hours** 30 hours per week **Internship Stipend** R$ 800.00 per month \+ Transportation Allowance **Work Model** On\-site **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of Microsoft corporate solutions; * Knowledge of IT\-focused frameworks (ITIL4, Scrum, etc.); * Knowledge of corporate environment frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, PDCA, RACI, etc.); * Knowledge of GLPI – User/Tech.
