We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Requirements:** * Provide technical support for first-level issues and deliver local and remote user support under the guidance of the Level 2 Support Analyst team; * Monitor alarms and open service tickets; * Escalate issues to the appropriate resolution team and track them until full resolution; * Deliver high-quality customer service and support during on-site work; * Manage scheduling and workflow; * Diagnose problems to determine the correct course of action; * Perform all on-site service activities, including installation, maintenance, repair, upgrade, and removal of hardware and software on existing technology equipment located in Distribution Centers; * Conduct data network integrity testing; * Identify and safeguard all required tools or equipment; * Document issues and processes and share documentation with relevant teams; * Repair data cables and connectors; * Follow established safety protocols, regulatory standards, and best practices; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * Technical support experience; * Knowledge of fiscal and non-fiscal printers, as well as data collectors; * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune; * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or Telecommunications), Computer Science, Administration with emphasis on Systems Analysis, Computer Networks Technology, or related fields; **Desired Qualifications:** * Prior experience supporting retail clients at distribution centers; **Additional Information** Want to explore all our open positions?
