Job Summary: The professional will work at stations of simple complexity, performing predominantly manual tasks, supporting production lines, and complying with SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) and Quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Working at stations of simple complexity with a focus on manual tasks. 2. Supporting production line material supply and organizing the work area. 3. Participating in mandatory training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives. MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Follow area evacuation procedures in real and/or simulated situations; 2. Use PPE according to area requirements and tasks performed; 3. Report all near-misses, accidents, incidents, or identified risks related to: people, environment, processes, equipment, facilities, materials, and products; 4. Mandatory participation in SHE, Quality, UMS, and HR training programs; 5. Participate in risk assessments and identification of environmental aspects and impacts within your area when requested; 6. Participate in scheduled safety inspections when requested; 7. Apply the UMS methodology in performing assigned duties, such as: label opening, OPLs, recording improvements, updating boards, and MA meetings; 8. Significantly support achieving departmental objectives and targets; 9. Properly execute required actions within your professional scope regarding: Time & Attendance System, Access Control, PDP\-f, Skills Matrix, etc.; 10. Use company resources responsibly, in compliance with current legislation and guidelines from all departments—particularly Legal and HR; 11. Maintain your work area/production line clean and organized, adhering to established 5S standards; 12. Work at simple-complexity stations across the entire factory, performing predominantly manual tasks under the supervision and guidance of Operators, including your own skill development; 13. Supply production lines with raw materials, following area safety procedures and material handling protocols; 14. Clean and organize the production area according to established standards; 15. Assist Operators in cleaning equipment per the Cleaning Checklist standards and following safety procedures outlined in the LOTO guide and PPE usage requirements; 16. Remove and dispatch materials to the factory’s disposal area, following required SHE procedures; 17. Open SHE, Quality, and UMS labels, ensuring compliance with established standards; 18. Fulfill workload and tasks assigned by your manager in accordance with SHE, Quality, and UMS standards; 19. Perform the following activities when requested: boxing, palletizing, minor pipe unthreading, and pallet wrapping; 20. Know and comply with General Loss Control Rules; 21. Carry out your activities with environmental preservation in mind, in line with company policy; 22. Know and apply SHE and Quality policies in performing your duties; 23. Contribute to aspects related to Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety; 24. Collaborate on actions aimed at achieving departmental objectives and targets; 25. Meet the Production Plan; 26. Participate in risk assessments for your area when requested.
