Maintain detailed fleet records, including maintenance, repairs, and usage history. ***Maintenance and Repairs:*** Oversee preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance to ensure safety and operational readiness. Collaborate with suppliers and workshops to schedule services and procure necessary parts. Assess usage conditions and potential failure factors. ***Cost Control:*** Monitor and control fleet operational costs, including fuel, maintenance, and repairs. Implement cost-reduction strategies, such as route optimization and effective preventive maintenance. ***Team Management:*** Supervise drivers and other staff involved in fleet operations. ***Emergency Response:*** Respond to emergencies—such as breakdowns or accidents—and coordinate necessary actions to minimize operational disruptions. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Mechanics, or related fields.
