If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and duties** #### **Your day-to-day will include:** * Managing the Operator's service level by monitoring returned and canceled volumes, identifying critical customers, and working with partners to improve delivery efficiency in the region; * Monitoring SAC (Customer Service) requests related to Logistics and acting to ensure customer satisfaction; * Ensuring daily and monthly inventories and shelf life controls; * Monitoring deliveries to major retail chains regarding scheduling issues and contacting commercial support when necessary; * Supporting transfers to prevent stockouts and overstocking; * Providing support to the local sales team; * Assisting commercial fleet-related demands; * Monitoring performance indicators within your area of responsibility, evaluating trends, and defining action plans for indicators showing deviations; * Conducting periodic meetings with your team members and partners to present goals and track results. **Requirements and qualifications** #### **What you need to have:** * Completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in Logistics Operations and Team Management exceeding six months; * Valid driver's license category "B"; * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. #### **It will be a plus if you:** * Have basic knowledge of English; * Possess technical knowledge in Logistics Operations; SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products for Data Processing) /ERP; Performance Indicator Management; Budgeting; * Have more than three years of experience in similar roles. **Working Hours: (5x2\) \- Monday to Friday** \- 07:30 AM \| 12:00 PM \- 1:00 PM \| 5:18 PM **Additional information** #### **See additional benefits of being Solar:** For your health and safety: * Health plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services across multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental plan; * Emotional Health Program; * Wellhub (network of gyms); * Life insurance.
