




**TECHNICAL SUPPORT \- PARTNERS** **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to MultiOne partners via chat, email, voice or video calls. Identify requests, analyze situations, and provide clear and efficient guidance. Perform problem diagnosis and resolution, following up on each support case until its conclusion. Collaborate with internal teams for adjustments, improvements, and implementation of solutions. Ensure a satisfactory support experience aligned with partners’ needs. **Requirements:** Professionals with diversified experience and professional maturity are preferred. We value strong communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to solve problems clearly and objectively.
