Job Summary: Engineering professional and/or related fields to support studies, diagnostics, planning, and management of operational activities, with a focus on production systems, sanitation, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Support in studies and diagnostics for process optimization. 2. Involvement in sanitation systems and operational management. 3. Development of administrative reports and analyses. Main Responsibilities: * Support the execution of studies, diagnostics, and review of activity workflows; * Support activities related to the operation, conservation, and maintenance of production systems, quality control, water supply, sewage collection and final disposal, performing internal tasks; * Support activities related to analysis of installation, maintenance, reallocation, and extension of water and sewage networks; * Support studies and research for diagnostic and inspection purposes of projects and processes; * Plan activities aiming for optimal results; * Monitor area indicators; * Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and charts for the area, compiling data for tracking under supervision; * Complete and issue internal department documents and requests, according to established standards and criteria, forwarding them to relevant departments and individuals; * Keep administrative controls within the area up to date, conducting studies and carrying out surveys, analyses, scheduling, verifications, and calculations during administrative activities; * Provide customer and supplier service, resolving inquiries, providing information and guidance, or directing them to designated personnel; * Perform activities and provide support across all subsystems within the area; * Administer services through the integrated system; * Disseminate information regarding policies and procedures to area professionals, ensuring compliance; * Provide customer and supplier service, resolving inquiries, providing information and guidance, or directing them to designated personnel.
