Our engineering and construction units focus on Infrastructure, Energy, Mobility, and Industry projects, with emphasis on operational excellence. **Job Summary:** Responsible for executing and analyzing projects, required resources, and other requirements to meet project execution needs, as well as supporting schedule compliance while focusing on cost optimization, service quality, productivity, and construction sequence efficiency. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor and control detailed project schedules, ensuring integration between planning, budgeting, procurement, and execution; * Carry out weekly scheduling of night shift teams and daily field monitoring (what was completed, what is in progress, and what will be done); * Consolidate field data into analytical and performance reports to support management decision-making; * Evaluate achievements and gaps, proposing adjustments and solutions to maintain physical/financial project progress aligned with the schedule; * Lead coordination between engineering, production, and management teams, ensuring alignment with contractual guidelines and best market practices. **Requirements and qualifications** * Degree in Engineering, with solid experience in managing **Heavy Civil Construction Planning**; * Proficiency in planning tools: **Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel**; * Familiarity with **heavy civil works**: earthworks, drainage, paving, and installations; * Ability to read and interpret contracts, time clauses, and penalties; * Capacity to structure integrated multidisciplinary schedules (civil, electrical, etc.); * Experience in **physical-financial control** and consolidation of **performance KPIs**; * English proficiency will be considered a differentiator; * Availability to work night shifts (4:30 PM to 2:30 AM). **Additional information** **Work location:** Ipojuca region - PE * WE ARE AG It is through the strength of \#OurPeople that we build the future and reach further every day! * OUR STORY Andrade Gutierrez was founded in 1948 in Minas Gerais by three young engineers who started building roads and have never stopped since.
