From infinitely recyclable aluminum cans and cups to aerosol bottles, our mission is to contribute to a better community, society, and world.** **About the position:** As a Production Operator II, you will be responsible for operating and carrying out cleaning routines and quality tests to keep Inside Spray and IBO (oven) equipment fully operational, performing visual inspections and physical tests, as well as corrective and preventive maintenance, ensuring productivity and quality of the manufactured cans. You will also operate, when necessary, and support mechanical interventions on the Necker and Palletizer. **Main responsibilities:** * Operate the Inside Spray equipment using specific control panels to ensure its productivity during can production. * Operate Back-End equipment whenever necessary to ensure factory productivity and efficiency. * Perform routine checks to detect equipment anomalies based on TPM operational checklists and carry out mechanical interventions whenever needed to ensure full equipment functionality. * Carry out corrective maintenance activities on equipment by disassembling and reassembling machine components, repairing and replacing parts to ensure optimal operation and extend equipment lifespan. * Follow the quality inspection routine for the internal lacquer application and curing process using computerized systems, performing or requesting interventions to correct and maintain can parameters within specifications. * Monitor spoilage in the internal lacquer application and curing process by observing the process and reports, maintaining can quality parameters, and reducing failure rates of lacquer application machines, making adjustments whenever necessary to minimize losses. * Monitor internal lacquer consumption by conducting weight and distribution tests of the internal lacquer on cans, correcting equipment operating parameters whenever necessary to meet established targets. * Assist the team with label changes when required, ensuring process quality and efficiency. **What we are looking for:** **Required** * High school diploma **Desired** * Industrial experience **Additional information:** * **Work location:** Cabo de Santo Agostinho - PE * **Work model:** On-site * **Working hours:** 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with shift rotation every 6 months (working days may include weekends and/or holidays) * **Schedule:** 3x2x2 (work 3 days, rest 2, work 2 days, rest 3, and so on) **Ball Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
