**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Verify invoices against purchase orders, checking quantities and quality of received materials;
* Organize shelves and areas, storing materials logically while preserving their physical integrity;
* Record incoming and outgoing items (entries and exits), perform physical counts (cyclical and general inventories), and identify discrepancies;
* Pick, pack, and prepare materials for dispatch, ensuring correct orders are shipped;
* Maintain updated spreadsheets and inventory control systems, generating reports when required;
* Ensure order and discipline within the warehouse;
* Support internal logistics and material distribution processes.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Attention to detail and ability to think critically and analytically;
* Ability to work in dynamic and constantly changing environments;
* Proficiency in computer applications and Excel.
**Additional Information**
* **Employment Type:** CLT;
* **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM;
* **Transportation Allowance:** 2 trips per day with only 0.5% deduction (Caju card);
* **Meal Allowance:** BRL 35.00 per working day with only 1% deduction (Caju card);
