Job Summary: Professional to supervise and carry out underground mining activities, monitor operations, inspect tunnels, and ensure safety by recording data and guiding teams. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and field decision-making. **Mining Technician** **Area: Mining / Geology / Engineering** **Employment Type: CLT / Shift Work / Rotating Schedule** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and carry out underground mining activities (development and production); * Monitor drilling, blasting (use of explosives), and ore loading operations; * Inspect tunnels, shafts, and mining faces to ensure safe working conditions; * Control underground ventilation and air quality; * Conduct basic geological mapping and face marking; * Supervise roof support (rock bolts, anchors, mesh, shotcrete); * Control dilution, recovery, and excavation stability; * Record operational data and prepare technical reports; * Guide operational teams on procedures and safety; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, especially NR\-22\. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Mining; * Experience in underground mining; * Knowledge of underground mining methods (e.g., cut-and-fill, sublevel stoping, room-and-pillar); * Familiarity with ventilation, geomechanics, and rock mass control; * Knowledge of explosive safety; * Willingness to work in remote areas under a rotating schedule. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Rigorous attention to safety; * Ability to make decisions in the field; * Working under pressure and in confined environments; * Effective communication with operational teams; * Operational organization and discipline. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal allowance / food voucher; * Transportation and accommodation; * Life insurance.
