We are seeking a talent to work as a Backhoe Loader Operator. **Let’s transform collaboration into results—together?** **Responsibilities and duties** **In this role, you will work at the unit in** *Macapá Municipality, Amapá*, and will be responsible for water and sewage network maintenance. See some of the challenges you’ll face daily: * Comply with technical and quality standards and procedures, as well as those related to safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation; * Excavate trenches to carry out services according to area requirements; * Operate the backhoe loader in accordance with instructions received during training sessions conducted by technicians; * Handle material loading and unloading onto trucks; monitor executed services and track material inflows and outflows; support colleagues; * Adhere to company standards and procedures applicable to your area of operation; operate vehicles used for activities efficiently and safely; * Participate in training and refresher courses, and report any difficulties regarding tasks to supervisors to support training planning; * Perform other related tasks as directed by the organization and under the guidance of your immediate supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** For this opportunity, we expect the following from you: * Backhoe loader operator training course; * Completed high school education; * Driver’s license category D; * Entrepreneurial mindset (a sense of ownership); * Teamwork skills. **Additional information** By joining Grupo Equatorial, you become part of an expanding company whose culture values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
