Job Summary: The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for working on industrial projects, installations, and maintenance, as well as substations and power networks, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability. Management of technical teams and specialized suppliers **OPEN POSITION \| ELECTRICAL ENGINEER** We have a strategic opportunity to work on industrial projects, installations, and maintenance, substations, and power networks, ensuring **safety, efficiency, and reliability** throughout the processes. **Work Location:** Belo Horizonte \- MG Employment Type: CLT : On-site **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Design, install, and supervise **high-voltage** electrical systems Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with technical standards. Manage technical teams and specialized suppliers Perform failure analysis and propose improvements to power systems Prepare technical reports, opinions, and feasibility studies Control project schedules, budgets, and resources for high-voltage projects Support the development of technical specifications for service contracts and material procurement **BASIC REQUIREMENTS:** ✔️ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering ✔️ Active registration with CREA ✔️ Mandatory courses: NR\-10 and NR\-12 ✔️ Minimum 6 months of experience in technical roles related to high voltage ✨ **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED):** ✔️ Postgraduate degree in related fields ✔️ Courses in SEP, automation, and failure analysis ✔️ Experience in project management for improvement initiatives **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:** Ethics, focus, and commitment Proactivity, results orientation, and analytical ability Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organization, time management, and deadline adherence Keen perception for reading and interpreting technical drawings Attention to safety and commitment to workplace organization * **AREAS OF EXPERTISE:** * Industrial automation and power systems * High-voltage power transmission * Substation design and maintenance * Construction site supervision and compliance with technical standards **BENEFITS:** Salary: To be discussed ️ Meal Allowance (R$28.00\) Transportation Allowance Health Insurance (Unimed Co-payment Plan) Pharmacy Benefit ️ Life Insurance
