




Job Summary: The professional will attend to internal and external customers, organize materials, enter data into the system, and carry out the customer service and patient referral process. Data entry into the management system Attend to internal and external customers in person and/or by phone, providing information regarding the services offered by the department; Organize materials, documents, and files; Enter data and requests into the Institution’s management system; Open service records, request documents, attach printed forms, verify eligibility periods and signatures, forward records for service, and advise on the importance of returning them after discharge; Identify patients using their wristbands; Refer patients to wheelchair areas as needed, verifying and attending to accommodation requirements when necessary; And other duties.
