




Job Summary: Professional responsible for tracking and controlling planting and harvesting information, organizing documents, ensuring compliance, and pursuing innovations to enhance digital efficiency in biosafety. Engagement in safety programs and organizational culture Responsibilities: Tracking and controlling information on planting, management, and harvesting of corn and soybean materials with regulated trait combinations; Organizing documents and authorizations related to the execution of activities and movement of regulated plant tissue and seeds; Ensuring chain-of-custody information remains up-to-date and consistent; Ensuring timely submission of reports and notifications as stipulated by internal and external leadership; Ensuring full compliance with all biosafety regulations governing activities involving genetically modified organisms, and maintaining alignment with governmental regulations and internal company policies; Producing required reports and notifications necessary to maintain biosafety activity authorizations; Identifying innovations and new platforms enabling digital and efficient execution of tasks; Participating in and delivering biosafety-related training; Monitoring and ensuring availability of inventory for supplies and materials required to execute activities; Engaging in the Company’s Safety Program, complying with legal requirements and internal company policies, and promoting a safety culture among colleagues. Requirements: Pursuing or holding a degree in Agronomy, Biology, or related fields; Knowledge of internal and external regulations governing activities involving GMO materials; Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI; Aptitude and ability to quickly and efficiently learn and utilize new platforms for data storage, processing, and analysis; Proactivity, communication skills, self-management, teamwork, team motivation, and organizational ability; Intermediate English proficiency is a plus.
