We are looking for a proactive and organized Forklift Operator to work directly on operations Key responsibilities: * Support loading and unloading operations * Organize the warehouse using the forklift * Interface with drivers, customers, and internal team * Support organization and control of departmental tasks Requirements: * Experience in transportation and loading using gas-powered and electric forklifts * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Good communication and organizational skills * Must reside in Canoas, Esteio, Sapucaia do Sul, or Nova Santa Rita Preferred qualifications: * Experience in freight forwarding companies or high-volume operations * Knowledge of TMS or transportation management systems Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
